They have a deep belief that writing makes the world more tangible and imaginable. They write across genres, including poetry, fiction, scholarly, and public-facing communications, and they use writing to help connect people with ideas.

Their work has appeared in Women’s Studies Quarterly, Eunoia Review, LLIDS, PACDC Magazine, and elsewhere. Currently, they are contributing editor at the Boston Art Review.

They earned their PhD in History and a Graduate Certification in Native American and Indigenous Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and previously they taught at Harvard University and UIUC, and worked at a labor policy nonprofit.
